Free Skier Parking

Free skier parking is available in the Montezuma lot. From the Montezuma lot, it is a short walk through the Village to the River Run base area. A shuttle service is available to transport you to both the River Run and Mountain House base areas.

Pay Skier Parking

Keystone also has six pay lots that offer direct access to our base areas. Pay lots are $15 per day ($5 after 2 p.m.), and accept cash only.

• River Run Village lots:
  • Hunki Dori (most convenient access to the River Run Gondola and Summit Express lift) - Follow River Run Road past the Montezuma Free Skier Parking lot, turn right at the "T," and then turn right again at the sign for The Springs condos. Follow the road past The Springs, and turn right at the end of the road into the parking lot.
  • Gold Bug - Follow the East Keystone Road, and turn left at the base area.
• Mountain House lots:
  • Porcupine, Pike, and Slopeside Condominium, and Marmot lots - From Highway 6, turn right onto River Run Road, and right again onto East Keystone Road. Pike will be on your right; Porcupine on your left. To reach the Slopeside Condo and Marmot lots, continue on East Keystone Road. The lots will be on your right.

Free Keystone Lake / Ice Rink Parking

Located directly across the highway from the Keystone Lodge, the Keystone Lodge Parking Lot may be used while you visit Lakeside Village and the Keystone Ice Rink. For your safety, please use the underground walkway instead of crossing the highway. Please feel free to drop family members off at the Keystone Lodge before parking.

Lodging Parking

Most of Keystone's properties offer garage or covered parking, though a few have only outdoor parking. A Reservations Agent would be happy to assist you with identifying a property that offers covered parking. To reach an Agent, please call us at 877-204-7889.  

Valet service is available at the Keystone Lodge. Simply pull into the circle drive and attendant will be happy to help you.
