Outfitted with a dedicated banquet kitchen located on the same level as the ballrooms, the Executive Chef of the Conference Center, Joe Damonte, and his team can delight ten to more than one thousand delegates with innovative cuisine. The range of the menus is broad offering game entrees, low carb entrees and five course feasts to name a few. Should you desire a menu not included here a chef will be pleased to design it with you.
